Well first of all read a blog that interests you and that you can relate to.
Don't write one or two line comments because comments are meant to help the blogger improve his/her posts but also they are meant to be able to reply so a comment like " Love the Blog,Look at mine" isnt accpetable because you cant reply to it. A comment that includes a comment on something you liked from the content, so if the person blogged about their trip to the Zoo you might comment saying what your favourite animal is and then finsh the comment off by asking a few questions.
its a good idea to open a comment with a Greeting and then fill in your connection to the post and then finish with your Questions.
If your are commenting on a blogger who you don't know then you could introduce yourself and what your area is like.
It is very easy just to write a comment without thinking about it but a quality comment doesnt have to be a page long it just has to contact quality information so get to the point you are trying to and ask questions you want to without blabbling on.
